Detailed Description
Retrieve generator-level information (initial state, scales etc.)
A Framework::GenInfoAndWeights product is filled (for storage by EventProducer), and sums of the weights * are kept and saved (through an MetadataManager, at endJob). For correct weight sums (cross-sections, systematics etc.), this module should be run on every event, before applying filters or selections.
